1. Who we are

1PoundJobs.com is operated by Future Mind Solutions Ltd (Company No. 16728955), Suite 82A, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). By using our website you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must be 18+ to register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any content posted from your account.

3. Worker profiles (free)

Job seekers may publish a profile at no cost. You must post honest, lawful information and not impersonate anyone. We may remove profiles that violate these terms.

4. Employer job adverts (£1)

Employers may publish job adverts by subscribing to a recurring plan: £1/month or £12/year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the current period ends. Adverts must relate to genuine job opportunities and comply with UK employment and equality law.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Future Mind Solutions Ltd. We do not store your full card details. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable card processing fees.

6. Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled to prevent future charges. Given the low £1 price point and instant digital delivery, past periods are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Direct contact

We provide a platform for direct contact only. We do not screen, vet, employ or endorse users. Always verify credentials and meet in safe, public places.

8. Prohibited use

No fraud, discrimination, harassment, scraping, or unlawful content. We may suspend or remove any listing or account at our discretion.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified on the site.
